On June 10, 2015 GLOBUS-TELECOM companies and TANAIS company announced completion of testing of a product "A packet of system management of DIRECTUM based on a HSS "MONASTERY"^[1].

Tests confirmed existence of additional opportunities of monitoring of system operation of electronic document management (EDMS) when using it at the enterprise.

Technical solution on the basis of the SKIT software product developed by GLOBUS-TELECOM company helps to detect failures in the IT system and to timely inform on it operational services of the customer. With its help monitoring of all components of a system is conducted:

• servers and the integrated switching equipment,
• databases and file storages,
• customer services,
• services of capture and conversion of documents (DCTS),
• service problems of EDMS,
• EDMS data replication engines, etc.
