Kardex Megamat RS 350

Kardex Megamat RS 350 is the automated high-rise warehouse system of the carousel type (elevator automatic racks) for industrial application of storage and warehousing of loads and Inventories.

Compact automated system of vertical elevator type, it automatically delivers pallets with stored by Inventories to an access window by the principle "Goods to the person". The megamat of RS is used in all industries and also at the enterprises of services industry and trade where fast delivery of materials and tools to jobs is necessary.

High-rise warehouse carousel construction. Each unit of cargo or Inventories is controlled the manipulator which delivers a necessary pallet to the place of unloading and returns it on the free shelf.

Operation principle – all loads are in the machine (cabinet) on special shelves which sizes (height, width, depth) depend on the sizes of the stored loads. Using the electric motor and powerful roller chains vertical relocation of shelves with a load on the closed circuit (the elevator, carousel principle of the movement) is executed. Depending on location of the shelf with a required load, the movement of a system happens on the shortest way.

Execution of MEGAMAT RS guarantees the most optimal use of warehouse on height, width and depth. Height of the shelf is selected individually for creation of ideal conditions of storage of any loads.

The storage system of loads is completely protected by the steel sheet covered with wearproof paint, safe for the person, from dust, plunder, unauthorized access. The uniform, protected from corrosion, metal framework with the strengthened frame.

Placement of an automated system requires several square meters of room space and uses all height of the room to a ceiling within any warehouse or the plant. Inventories are stored most densely as the number of shelves depends on height of storage goods.

The zone of the operator in the Megamat system (an access window) is placed at optimal operating height that excludes need of application of additional manual work when processing heavy and large-size Inventories.

Regiments of a system can be equipped with different dividers, drawers, boxes for storage or the holding frames.

Automated systems of storage of the carousel type are optimal for storage of small parts or components of the fixed parameters.
