The resources "MFC of Yugra" integrated a cloud service

On June 11, 2015 the LANIT company announced completion of implementation and development of a cloud service of automation in 17 centers of public services of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

Project Progress

Automation of activity of the centers is executed according to order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1376 "About the approval of Rules of the organization of activity of the multifunction centers of providing the public and municipal services".

The project is executed on the basis of a cloud service of JSC Rostelecom 07.MFTs. It helps to support geographically distributed structure of the multifunction centers and provides uniform point of entry for all centers of state services of the region.

Specialists of department of complex projects of LANIT integrated a cloud service of JSC Rostelecom with systems necessary in work of the centers of state services:

• e-queue system,
• workflow system,
• information system of the state and municipal payments,
• monitoring system of quality of public services,
• system "Yugra social payment card.

Project Results

Inhabitants of the region, having addressed to MFC by means of a cloud service, can receive 104 services:

• 2 services of federal executive authorities,
• 28 services of regional public authorities of the autonomous area
• 74 services of local government authorities.

Victor Serebryakov, the director of the department of complex projects of LANIT company, told: "The solution of JSC Rostelecom allows to automate activity of the multifunction centers for the principle of "one window": from documents acceptance before issue of results of rendering services to applicants, including formation of the internal reporting. We are glad to note that service as much as possible conforms to requirements of the legislation".
