May 28, 2015. The Soft-Unity company reported[1] about automation of sales department in Business-Monolit company using the 1C: Trade Management program [2].

Choosing a Solution

For automation of sales department of the company and operational accounting the decision on need of implementation of specialized software was made. After consultation with managers of Soft-Unity the guide of the Client stopped on the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product which well proved in the Russian market.

Project Progress

The most important advantages of configuration 1C to the Client were:

  • the concept of CRM implemented in the solution which allows to build up customer relations qualitatively;
  • convenient control of sales process, opportunity to set rules of sales for certain partners and customer groups;
  • automatic execution of documentation which promotes decrease in errors and reduction of labor costs, automation of a set of routine transactions.

In advance approved installation date of the program with the Client. In appointed day service engineers of Soft-Unity brought the program to office of the Client, set it on all jobs of users, configured under accounting of the company according to wishes of the Client and provided elementary education for employees Business Monolith.

Result

As a result of implementation "1C: Trade Management 8" became decrease in intermittent errors and fall forward of working off of customer orders that positively affected financial performance of the company of the customer.
