June 10, 2015. The company of Cliques System announced completion of automation of business Print of VIP by implementation of industry CRM "Click. Polygraphy and souvenir business".
Choosing a Solution
Initiation of the project on implementation of industry CRM was caused by impossibility the company to render high-quality and timely services because of increase in number of customers and amounts of works at a given time. Separation of the customer base, uncontrollable processing of requests, lack of planning and statistics on sales – the main difficulties which met VIP Print. As a result of market research of CRM systems, the company made a choice for benefit of the ready-made solution "Click. Polygraphy and souvenir business".
Rezltat
Due to flexibility of the platform "Bmicro. Klient-Communicator, Print VIP companies was succeeded to conduct implementation of the CRM system independently, having automated completely necessary block of tasks:
- create the single database on clients and partners;
- keep complex document flow and account of payments by orders;
- carry out the accounting of arrival and the actual material consumption necessary for accomplishment of orders;
- construct a complex system of motivation of personnel (to define the salary and to charge bonuses depending on activity of the employee);
- keep different reports (on types, on properties, etc.).
As a result of implementation of CRM "Click. The polygraphy and souvenir business" the history of customer interaction is done completely in the unified information system, and at the expense of the optimized process of work with documentation, the Print VIP sales department managed to reduce 20% of time for routine transactions that allowed to increase efficiency of each individual employee and to reduce cost value of providing orders. The unrolled system allows to increase necessary functionality and to adapt to further changes in business, without the need for modification of the accepted terminology and methods of management accounting. In total within the project 8 jobs were automated, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
