The equipment of the German concern KHD HUMBOLDT WEDAG International (ZAB Zementanlagenbau GmbH Dessau) was purchased - the world leader in the development and supply of technological machines and equipment for the production of cement by dry method. On November 15, 2010, the grand opening of the first stage of production took place, the capacity of which is 1 million 300 thousand tons of cement per year.

Limited Liability Company "South Ural Mining and Processing Company" was established on October 23, 2002 on the basis of the slag dump development workshop, which was previously part of the Orsk-Khalilov Metallurgical Plant, now Ural Steel OJSC.
1991
Like every industrial facility in the recent history of Russia, the Akkermanovsky mine had to go through difficult times. In 2000, the Northwest Quarry was completely shut down. Currently, the Akkermanovsky mine is operating steadily, limestone mining is carried out smoothly at both quarries.
1974-1985
In 1974, crushing and sorting factories were reconstructed, at the same time new horizons of the Central Limestone Quarry were put into operation. Three years later, in 1982, the development of the North-West limestone quarry began. In 1985, the launch plant of priority reconstruction of the Akkerman mine with a capacity of 2000 thousand tons per year was commissioned.
1951-1955
Construction of the Akkermanovsky mine began back in 1951. In December 1953, the first mining work was already carried out at the Central quarry. In June 1954, crushing and sorting factory No. 1 (DSF-1) was launched. On March 4, 1955, the Akkermanovsky mine was put into operation.
