6/15/2015. The Parus corporation announced system implementation "Parus there is Personnel management of public service" in Federal Service for State Registration, Cartography and Cadastre (Rosreestr).
In a common information space the staff of central office and 83 territorial authorities – only more than 400 users work.
The "Parus — Personnel Management of Public Service" system provides automation of all basic processes of management of personnel resources, including traditional functions of personnel records, maintaining a talent pool, planning and accounting of carrying out rotation, accounting of the data which are subject to declaring within anti-corruption control. A perspective project objective – automation of efficiency evaluation of activity of the public civil servants according to the Decree of the Russian President of 5/7/2012 No. 601.
A system provides convenient tools of the analysis of personnel structure, assessment of personnel capacity of department using the mechanism of multidimensional analytical reports. In total in a system about 50 specialized reports considering industry specifics of personnel records form more than 15 regulated and also. The project was implemented by the partner of Parus Corporation – Kaisa Group.
Implementation of the unified information system of personnel records allowed to resolve issues of unification and standardization of requirements to accounting of personnel and comparability of indicators for contrastive analysis of professional standards in Territorial Departments of Rosreestr, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
The deputy manager of Rosreestr Andrey Plitko comments: "Today Management of public service and HR policy of Rosreestr has complete and authentic data on kakdrovy structure in scales of all subordinated network both in the consolidated type, and in detailed – on each employee. To system implementation preparation and collecting of personnel information from territorial authorities could take several days, thus that need for these data arises almost daily".
