Tatarstan bank connected 400 clients to legally significant e-document flow

On June 16, 2015 it became known of connection of 400 corporate clients of department Tatarstan Bank of Sberbank of Russia to a legally significant electronic document management system of Einvoicing.

Project Results

The service allows the company to exchange legally significant primary documents with partners:

• accounts,
• invoices,
• consignment notes
• other documents,
• sign agreements,
• send the reporting to state bodies in electronic form without repeated confirmation on paper carrier.

By means of the electronic signature, the sent documents have legal force in all territory of the Russian Federation.

Features of electronic service:

• high speed of obtaining documentation,
• reduction of quantity of errors and labor input in the course of their correction,
• reduction of storage costs of documents and ensuring their safety.
