June 16, 2015. The Homnet Consulting company announced implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 PROF" in the company on construction and the maintenance of roads of DZhiM-service LLC.

Choosing a Solution

Homnet Consulting and "DZhiM-service" cooperate since 2013. Therefore for the purpose of complex automation of payroll and implementation of personnel records the management "DZhiM-service" addressed specialists Homnet Consulting again. For the solution of assigned tasks the decision to implement the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.PROF" software product as the "DZhiM-service" which is most full meeting needs of the management and the employees was made:

• the product allows to simplify different labor-consuming calculations and salary accruals,
• provides to the management full control over the happening processes in the company,
• gives an opportunity to analyze personnel structure by different parameters.

Project Progress

Within cooperation installation and adjustments of the software was made. Employees "DZhiM-service" already started use of the program and estimated on "perfectly" convenience of work in it and also quality of work of specialists Homnet Consulting, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
