June 16, 2015. The AXELOT company reported[1] about process automation of SOGAZ insurance company, based on solution "1C: Inventory and Property Management" ("1S:IUI").

Choosing a Solution

Existence in the company of a set of objects of property (about 18 thousand at Head office in Moscow) resulted in need to automate processes of their inventory, to increase the speed and accuracy of its carrying out. For this purpose the company management made the decision on system implementation "1S:IUI". The choice for benefit of this system was caused by existence of the most modern functionality, a possibility of its integration into the 1C: Enterprise platform and also a large number of positive reviews of other clients. The AXELOT company which is the developer of the software solution "1S:IUI" became the contractor of the project.

Project Progress

In the project progress the AXELOT command made setup of the mobile client, jointly with specialists of SOGAZ participated in setup of information exchange between "1S:IUI" and "1C: Enterprise 8.2", used in the company. Property objects were marked, four shipping documentations are connected. The task for inventory arrives from "1C: Enterprise", and after its carrying out data retrieveds return to a system.

Result

Automation allowed to increase the speed of carrying out inventory significantly. So, time necessary for inventory of the room with 220 objects of property, was about 10 minutes. The quantity of errors decreased, the binding of objects is specified, inventory reports are much quicker made out. Besides, the possibility of carrying out inventory "for date" which does not enter standard functionality "1S:IUI" was implemented.
