Maykor rendered technical support services of Henderson Fashion Houses network

In April, 2016 the Henderson Fashion house signed the agreement with Maykor company on support of IT infrastructure in outlets across all Russia. With the conclusion of the new contract of the company expand cooperation. So, since 2012 Maykor provides service of the cash equipment of the retailer.

On support to the outsourcer the automated jobs of cashiers and managers, office equipment, network equipment and telephony and also an anti-theft system and a video surveillance system more than in 160 Henderson salons in 55 cities of Russia are given. In the list of services: routine maintenance, a software update, failure handling in work, diagnostics and advisory support.

June 17, 2015. The Maykor company announced provision of services of technical support of the cash equipment of network of salons of men's wear of Henderson Fashion house.

Maykor services the cash equipment in 87 outlets of Henderson across all Russia, this more than a half from a total quantity of salons of network. The geography of the contract increases annually. The service including registration, maintenance and repair of the cash equipment, replacement of supplies and CJ is provided to the customer. Also Maykor gives consulting support concerning use of the cash register equipment.
