"The fund of an overhaul of the Oryol region" implemented the information management system

On June 17, 2015 it became known of implementation in Oryol region the information management system programs of an overhaul. The project of start of technology was executed by the companies Etton and "Rostelecom".

Project Progress

In the Oryol region for performance of federal laws the automated control system for programs of an overhaul of Etton company is installed.

Using a software package in the region the electronic base of apartment houses of the Oryol region is created and the address program of an overhaul is created. Program load in a system is at the final stage. After publication of materials on a uniform informational portal, key information on an overhaul will be available to citizens:

• terms and types of repair work,
• dates of repairs,
• data on contract organizations.

For supervisory authority (the state housing inspectorate) the possibility of fast receiving and unloading of necessary documentation and reporting under the held events, fixations of scheduled and unscheduled inspections of management companies and regional operators, control and calls accounting of citizens, control over providing the reporting on the course of capital repair is provided in a system.

Specialists of Rostelecom company gave to the region methodological and consulting support concerning operation of the software solution. The information system of automation of activity of fund of an overhaul of apartment houses of the Oryol region is located on the server hardware of JSC Rostelecom.

Project Results

"The system implemented in the Oryol region is the effective tool at the organization of difficult processes of management of programs of an overhaul. A lot of things that was executed earlier manually and in separate programs, are integrated in one now. Consolidation of information in a system allows to receive necessary data in the shortest possible time and to control the organization and carrying out planned repair work", ‒ Iskander Nizamov, the project manager of Etton company noted.
