June 18, 2015. The company of Cliques System announced completion of implementing solution "Click. Trade" in the company "NPP Tomyanalit. During the project 6 jobs were automated.
The main activities of the enterprise are connected with development and production of analytical devices, methodical and the software, devices of sample preparation, ancillary equipment for carrying out chemical analysis.
With growth of volume and increase in the range of products, enterprise management in the "manual" mode began to lead to failures: did not get operational analytics for decision making on the budget and control of sales, the status of warehouses was in a deplorable state, interaction between managers of different departments became obfuscatory and inefficient. In connection with current situation, the management "NPP Tomyanalit made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system of automation of business. The company tested several CRM systems, but all of them were focused on the trading organizations that did not meet the requirements of business processes of the enterprise.
