CRM Expert is the cloud CRM solution.

On June 15, 2015 the Expert Systems company announced an output to the CRM Expert Expert Systems SaaS-application market[1].

As a part of a product the additional ERP functionality for enterprise management and conducting management accounting of activity of the companies of small and medium business is stated.

The product helps to automate an organization activity cycle:

Functional properties of a system

Sales management

In a system are available:

  • adding of potential transactions with indication of the planned terms of their end;
  • selection in transactions of the stages corresponding to business processes;
  • binding of responsible managers to transactions and separate stages;
  • control of work of certain managers and sales departments;
  • storage of a product catalog and services in the structured type;
  • control of payment by clients with attachment of the relevant documents;


Planning of activities in the module "Calendar"

  • planning not only own activities, but appointment to their colleagues with detailed comments;
