Smartec fixers ST-DH605U

The product line of Smartec was filled up in the summer of 2015 by the compact fixers ST-DH605U which are expected for installation fire-prevention doors, have the body from zinc alloy and are colored by powder paint. New fixers of open doors work from a source of 12/24 V of a direct current and are used when it is necessary to organize easy access of people and a bringing of the equipment through emergency exits. The universality of construction allows to set ST-DH605U both on right-, and on left-side doors of small weight as they provide deduction of open doors at efforts to 70 kg.

Small dimensions of the Smartec ST-DH605U body (120х95х120 mm) do these fixers hardly noticeable in okolodverny space and do not prevent full disclosure of a door. It is necessary for correct work that fixers of open doors were correctly combined with metal plates which are established on a door cloth so that in open position they densely nestled on the electromagnetic block. Operating temperature range of ST-DH605U varies from-10 and up to +55 °C at the expense of what "holders" of open doors it is possible to set in the heated and not heated premises of different function.

Correct work of fire-prevention doors on which the fixers Smartec are installed is provided by door closers which execute their smooth and complete closing at removal of supply voltage from ST-DH605U. At the same time, according to requirements of fire safety, fixers of open doors and closers are surely complemented with anti-panic devices for emergency exits. This complex of mechanisms provides safe evacuation through abnormal open doors during fire alarm, at the same time executing protection against unauthorized access outside.

Force of deduction of ST-DH605U is 70 kg (the maximum mechanical load on a separation) thanks to what these fixers are suitable for installation on rather easy fire-prevention doors, on those objects where the smoke-proof shutter can/has to be a progressive tense in provision "openly". Thanks to universal construction of the body, fixers of open doors can be installed both on right, and on the left doors, and fasten to a wall without use of additional adapters, and to a floor using the adapter which is included in the delivery. A response part of devices of deduction of open doors is mounted to a door cloth sideways or from below, depending on provision of the main electronic unit.

The electromanaged fixers ST-DH605U provide deduction of doors of emergency exits in open position until on them it is supplied. They work from a DC power source with tension of 12/24 V and are characterized by low power consumption and heat release. Interrupt power supply on fixers of open doors and, respectively, to return a door cloth to a closed position, it is possible manually by clicking of the special button which is located on the device body. Besides, at connection to a panel of the fire warning of the building, these holding devices of the dug-out doors will be automatically switched-off at fire detection not to allow it to extend to the neighboring premises.
