6/18/2015. The LETA Engineering company announced[1] about implementation of an electronic management system for queue in the Uniform migration center of Moscow in VAO near Perovo.
Within an implementation project of an electronic management system for queue of "Smart QMS" for the Uniform migration center, on an object the hardware-software complex on 19 windows allowing operators to service at the same time visitors in real time, to observe formation of queue and value of demand on these or those services was set and most quickly to redistribute specialists on rendering especially popular services.
Key customer requirement was the minimum cost at the set high rates of quality and reliability of the solution. The LETA Engineering company made the decision to use the besserverny solution which feature is the lack of the separate server of an electronic queue. Server functions are implemented by means of the computer installed in the terminal of the choice of services. Such solution allowed to save on the cost of the separate server and also to reduce maintenance expenses of an additional element of a system. At the same time, in a type of use of the optimized architecture, the quality and speed of the software product remained at the high level.

Implementation in the Uniform migration center of Moscow – the first for us in this sphere. In the near future in the center the staff of specialists will be increased and also new services are added. Retrofitting and upgrade of an e-queue system from our company is as a result planned.
