OpenUnison is the management system for identification created within the draft of the open code.
On June 23, 2015 the Tremolo Security company provided opening of the code of the management system for identification of Unison within[1].
OpenUnison works as Java application (J2EE) and is undemanding to resources. At the same time services projects not only on Java, but also other software platforms (integration into applications on Apache Web servers is declared).

As a part of functions of a system:
- access control via the web application,
- authentication (including certificates, SAML2, TOTP, passwords by the SMS),
- initialization of users (LDAP directories, databases and cloud services),
- audit functions (journalizing of actions and creation of reports on access).
OpenUnison has limited feature set in comparison with commercial edition of a product (there is no support of LDAP and interfaces for management of users and certificates).
The source code of the application is published on GitHub on the terms of the free license Apache License v2.
