Soft-Portal automated Vladimirvodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise

June 19, 2015. The Soft-Portal company announced automation of the 1C: Water Utility Management program in Vladimirvodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise.

For creation at the enterprise of a common information space for sales management and conducting accounting and tax accounting, the management made the decision on implementation of the specialized industry program "1C: Water Utility Management" (based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8").

During the project are implemented and the following functional subsystems of a configuration continue to be operated:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Payroll calculation;
• Personnel management, payroll and personnel records;
• Cash management;
• Purchase management;
• Inventory management;
• Production management;
• Products cost accounting;
• Sales management;
• Management of settlement;
• Sales management of legal entities;
• Sales management of individuals;
• Cash management;
• Control of motor transport.

Implementation allowed to achieve positive results, namely: simplify accounting, keep the analysis of activity of the enterprise, organize a common information space. Now a system is put into commercial operation, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

In a system 110,000 personal accounts are calculated. A total quantity of the automated jobs: 70. Median number of daily connections to base: about 65. The total quantity of the registered users of a system makes 80 people.
