Content

June 18, 2015. The SoftExpert company announced implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in JSC Tulatochmash.

Project History

Earlier at the enterprise as the automation system of accounting the modifed configurations "1C: Accounting 7.7" and "1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7" were used considerably. In different divisions of the organization separate databases with the normative reference information were used. During operation of a system there were regularly problems in cost accounting, accounting of the VAT, work in progress. In production accounting the intershop movement was not processed. Many transactions (especially in workshops) initially formed on paper, and only after that were entered by accounting into the system. Production planning, dresses on a piece-work pay and planning of providing with materials was manually conducted. As a result the management of the enterprise made the decision on upgrade of the automation system of the enterprise and implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 configuration. When choosing the software product its functional fullness, acquisition value, implementations and ownerships, existence in the market of sufficient volume of services in its support were estimated. As partners in implementation the SoftExpert group having necessary experience of implementation of the systems of such level on industrial enterprises and incorporating a big team of qualified specialists in this direction was selected.

Implementation was begun in January, 2013. Works on a partial overload of data from the 1C: Accounting 7.7 and 1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7 configurations were performed. Specialists SoftExpert provided training of staff of the enterprise. Within the first five months there was a filling of the database the verified information, the management subsystem was brought by money into operation. In 2014 all main sections of accounting were brought into commercial operation, and since November, 2014 the stage of implementation of subsystems of payroll and registration of personnel began. In May, 2015 a system is put into commercial operation in full.

Result

At the moment in "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" 100 jobs are automated.

During implementation specific sites of accounting were united in the general information space. Regulations on maintaining uniform normative and help base were developed and approved. Essential result of implementation was the fact that the enterprise received the modern automation system meeting all requirements of the legislation, providing great opportunities for the analysis of activity of JSC Tulatochmash.

Development Plans

Further it is going to move entry points of primary information to workshops and to continue automation of production accounting together with SoftExpert company.
