3PL the Invest operator completed automation of work of a warehouse

On June 24, 2015 it would become known of automation of a warehouse of INVEST company in the Moscow region. Technology of implementation "1C: WMS 4.0". The integrator AXELOT AXELOT company^[1].

Project Tasks

Total area of a warehouse with the mezzanine of 2200 ^sq.m. The quantity of active descriptions of goods reaches 500, generally this pumping equipment. For storage frontal racks are used.

For optimization of technology processes the company management made the decision on automation of a warehouse. As the automation equipment selected the 1C: WMS 4.0 system. Contractor of the project AXELOT company.

Project Progress

In a work progress processes are automated:

• acceptance,
• placements,
• selection,
• feeds,
• shipments,
• movements and complete sets of goods.

The procedure of an execution of internal orders according to requirements of the company is automated.

By "1C: WMS 4.0" it is integrated about "1C: Enterprise 7.7".

Project Results

The implemented technology helped:

• organize accounting of goods on batches
• optimize processes of providing a complete set
• implement functionality for formation of the packing list on a container at acceptance
  • during the work with the mixed range the packing list is very important document as contains the inventory, entering one package (in this case – a container)

• improve accounting accuracy
• increase the speed of execution of warehouse transactions.
