Microsoft constructed the unified information system of project management of Residential District Kantri LLC

June 22, 2015. The Microsoft company announced creation of the unified information system of project management in the company "the Residential district "Country" which allows to control accurately on the basis of the uniform schedule a date of completion of construction of facilities, to plan necessary resources, to avoid duplication of payments, to quickly redistribute costs and most precisely to predict the needs for financing. The project was implemented by the Microsoft partner — Akselereyshn LLC company.

Project implementation took 1 year and took place in several stages. At first the regulations of the project were developed, its concept is prepared and will unroll a demo stand. After that the technical specifications were prepared and modules of budgeting, the reporting and integration into the 1C-Accounting program are developed. Then the set of operational documentation was made and the regulations of project management are updated.

As a result of creation of the automated control system for projects it was succeeded to adjust the end-to-end workflow system. According to the scheme of a private cloud all main participants of the developer project were connected to it: technical customer, general contractor, general designer. It allowed the staff of the company to control strictly completion dates of tasks, to quickly receive and analyze management information and also to cooperate more effectively with each other. Now they can use the uniform diagram of execution of projects in work, create the forecast of cash flow, detail cost information on different objects for reflection in the budget qualifier, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

The implementing solutions Microsoft Project for coordination of a project work and maintaining the uniform scheduling and network diagram, Microsoft SharePoint as the platform for joint work and SQL Server for management of databases became the first step on the way of upgrade IT infrasturktury "the Residential district "Country". The company is going to develop further actively in this direction.
