Milabel updated the BioLink BioTime system

June 23, 2015. The BioLink Solutions company announced implementation in capital retail network of Milabel lingerie the version of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime.

In the second half of the year 2013 in network the biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime was implemented: she even more increased effectiveness of work of personnel, raised labor discipline and guaranteed fair and exact payroll according to amount of time worked each employee.

The time recording is carried out automatically. Inventory data are reliable thanks to application of biometric identifiers — fingerprints which cannot be forgotten or transferred to other person. Noting the arrival for work or leaving from it, the employee concerns the optical fingerprint scanner integrated into the BioLink FingerPass terminal; the terminal informs on results of identification and sends data on time of the registered event (arrival or leaving) to the BioTime server.

17 various reports which can be detailed with any degree of a detail are also automatically created: on the company in general, to division, the specific employee. The service of personnel of network which especially appreciates integration of BioTime into the 1C Platform actively uses these reports.

The biometric time recording in two years of operation of BioTime proved the efficiency, and now the Milabel network decided to upgrade to the new version — BioTime 6.2. In this version the number of the reports which are included in the delivery was replenished, biometric identification is accelerated and its accuracy is even more increased, functioning of BioTime in the companies with a branched territorial and difficult organization structure which retail chain stores treat is optimized, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
