Pole of the joint-stock company + DocsVision (EDMS/ECM system)

The first stage of the project was aimed at audit of processes of document flow, the wording of requirements to improvement of functionality of the current system and automation of new processes and also development of recommendations about improvement of infrastructure of the organization for project objectives for Docsvision development. Thus, the base for building of opportunities of EDMS in which features of growth and development of the enterprise, its specialization and specifics of activity are considered was prepared.

The purpose of the second stage of the project - increase in effective management of the enterprise due to reengineering of the operational business processes connected with document handling in the conditions of geographically distributed structure with the accompanying automation. In a work progress of the second stage of the project EDMS on servers of the Central office of the Customer to Krasnoyarsk is designed, developed and unrolled, operational documentation is developed and transferred, it is provided user training and functional specialists (more than 200 people), trial operation of a system is carried out.

In EDMS processes of work with the entering, outgoing and internal documents, processes of work with ORD and contractual documents, processings of instructions and control of performing discipline are automated.

Requirements for integration with the following systems are implemented:

• An Active Directory (for the purposes of authentication);
• 1C the Enterprise (for filling of reference books);
• MS Exchange Server (for obtaining notifications).

Number of the employees working in EDMS – more 200th persons.
