HP Exstream is a product for optimization of business development by means of increase in level of communication with clients and efficiency of providing information, treats the CCM systems (Customer Communications Management, management of client communications).

On June 25, 2015 the Hewlett-Packard company carried out HP Exstream representation together with Nicotech.

HP Exstream transforms single bond to practical significant communication. By means of an intuitive user interface it is possible to create the structured and interactive communication on demand which will help to create the long relations and to increase sales. Development, management and support of different methods of communication with clients, including letters, accounts, price offers, statements, brochures, electronic messages, text messages and also other contents intended for mobile and desktop devices by means of which clients are considered not as accounting numbers, and as people.

HP Exstream is the dokumentooriyentirovanny software solution helping the organizations to optimize process of creation and processing of the administrative and in-house documentation for clients in electronic and printing formats.

  • There is a set of examples of how this product helped to reduce costs up to 80%, to reduce the term of promotion of a product by the market for 85% that, certainly, affected attractiveness of the software solution for the customer (it is tenfold to increase indicators of a response and satisfaction of customers).

  • From the technology point of view the Exstream HP platform can work with any data, combine them with different templates and bring them in a required format, thereby providing delivery of information on any channels.

HP Exstream is the solution for management of multi-channel communications with a large number of clients developed with the purpose to improve the client's impression of communication with the company for a long time and to make this communication more profitable for the seller. It allows to receive a maximum from the available customer base created of several different components which are differing on a format of data and stored in the different systems and to provide the uniform personified and relevant communications available to clients at any time and any place.

For informing clients and feedback they use different communication channels: e-mail, direct mailings, SMS, social networks, etc. "The client's impression" which was mentioned in performances more than once forms throughout time during which the client  – the consumer of products or services  – retains interest in continuation of communication with the seller, or in other words, continues to remain the client. Over time this impression is transformed to opinion  – steady cumulative judgment of the client of goods quality, process of acquisition and receiving necessary support. Therefore it is necessary to improve by all methods "impressions of clients" and to provide them mutually beneficial methods of interaction with selling company".

Functionality of HP Exstream

Powerful tools for development of content: creation of millions of notifications in a short space of time or reaction for fractions of a second to requests of clients. Program "engine" HP Exstream exceeds on reliability and performance most of competitors both in serial transactions, and in processing of single requests of clients, doing more successful business and increasing satisfaction and a customer loyalty. Abilities to integrate HP Exstream allow to use proprietary IT systems and applications of the companies without the need for their modification or significant reconfiguration.

Easy integration: web services and other standard integration tools save from need of change of the existing system architecture. Collect and process data, arrange from them content, using the existing environment, becomes very simply  – even if data differ in sources, formats and structure. The solution is constructed on open XML-architecture and is compatible to Java EE, .NET and SOA.

Information from different sources can be processed at the same time, in their initial formats without the need for converting: data fields from a mainframe, CSV records of call center, etc.  – any as structured and the raw data can be turned into content for client communications. At the same time HP Exstream can simplify the system of communications with clients by removal of excess stages of consolidation and streamlining.

Usual tools for design and editing: users of a system receive in the order the tools promoting understanding of the role in process and to reduction of a gap between a creative component and understanding of IT specifics.

Roles are appropriated to users, to each of which there corresponds the configured web-based graphical user interface allowing to work usual and to save content in the most convenient formats, such as PDF and DOCX. The set-up time of material is significantly reduced due to acceleration of embedding of initial data in templates and replications of earlier created communications. Also test phase accelerates that allows to save costs and to provide timely delivery and information display without errors.

Multi-channel delivery: the efficiency of communications is determined by the value of their contents and a guarantee of fast delivery to addressees by all channels of interaction with receiving confirmation. Using HP Exstream Delivery Manager it is possible to create a backup plan in case the message was not delivered on the channel, preferable to the client.

The design is developed once for all channels and platforms on which the message will be available to clients. HP Exstream Command Center will help to lower costs thanks to consolidation in its interface of functions of optimization of creation of documents, planning and creation of schedules of mailings.
