MUSES of "KKDTs" were prolonged by the contract with a TTK for acquisition of communication services

On June 25, 2015 it became known of prolongation of the contract between MUZ of "KKDTs" and a TTK at operator of communication services^[1] for acquisition].

Project Results

The operator increased number of the provided telephone lines of multichannel number of registry of the center.

Alexander Solovyov, the CEO of TTK Western Siberia, reported: "The TransTeleCom company works with MBUZ KKDTS since 2013. The operator provides services of telephony based on modern digital channels".

"The timely answer to the telephone address is very important for the medical center. Daily we receive about one thousand calls with a request to consult and write on acceptance to specialists. Thanks to cooperation with a TTK we managed to expand possibilities of registry, and answering interval was reduced twice" — Evgeny Vayman, the deputy chief physician for a medical part of MBUZ KKDTS told.
