Tomsk Distribution Company began the project of power supply of the residential district

On June 30, 2015 the Optima group announced construction plans of the line of power supply in the Residential district of Yuzhny of the city of Tomsk. The project should be executed for the benefit of Tomsk Distribution Company. Works in the project will be performed by Optima Engineering – structural division of Group.

Project Tasks

Construction of the Residential district of Yuzhny in Tomsk began at the end of 2014, near the settlement the Zone Station. The area of the residential district will be 70 hectares. On this space construction of 600 ^sq.m of housing is planned. The residential district is built according to the Affordable housing program, within this program the built houses should be provided with electricity.

The Optima group - the general contractor in the project of power supply of the residential district - about 20 18-storey houses and other infrastructure facilities.

The Optima company will supply and will mount the electrotechnical equipment. It is necessary to build on-site networks and a two-chain cable line of the 10 kV external power supply. The first start-up are planned for May, 2016.

Construction and commissioning the Siberian Energy Company will carry out.

The Optima group announced use of the equipment only of domestic production.
