Content

On July 1, 2015 the company of the Cliques System announced implementation in AKTsENT printing house of the CRM system "Click. Prof sales".

Project Tasks

The project is focused on elimination of problems of customer interaction of the company, optimization of work of sales department, on ensuring profit increase of business.

The used CRM product ceased to cope with  the increased loadings. The company management made the decision on implementation of a new system of customer interaction and designated the main selection terms of CRM: * cost,

  • platform kastomiziruyemost,
  • integration with other software.

The fault tolerance as failures in  work of printing house can lead to  failure to meet time constraints of execution of orders  and considerable financial to losses was in addition estimated.

Project Progress

Specialists of developer company of Cliques System carried out the analysis of business processes of the polygraphic ACCENT complex and  suggested to automate business using "Cliques. Prof sales", having the unrolled functionality for solving of tasks of the sales department and company management including in delivery of a configuration an array of instrumentation for its setup.

Project Results

"First of all, users of CRM estimated a user-friendly and clear interface of a new system, an opportunity to conduct the long-term multi-stage sales aimed at customer retention, functions of multilevel filtering and grouping in tables, creation of the OLAP reports on all key registers, an opportunity to perform mass, with the individualized substitution of tags and setup of templates, mailings", - Vladimir Matveev, the chief consultant of sales department of Cliques System noted.

For July 1, 2015 the AKTsENT company conducts works on data transfer from the exhausted Quick Sales CRM system opportunities in "Click. Prof sales" also configures individual business processes taking into account wishes of employees to appearance of the interfaces, cards given and properties of analytical reports.

Within the project 12 jobs are automated.
