SShS-office

The SShS Office system allows to solve in a complex security of objects, by integration of different technical means, software modules and integration into other software products. A system is created by the principle – from simple to difficult. It is possible to begin with one computer of management, one system controller and one hub of access. Further development is executed by increase in number of hubs (up to 250 pieces on one computer of management), increases in number of system controllers (up to 8 pieces on one computer of management), increases in number of computers of management (up to 16 pieces), adding of computers of control (up to 8 pieces).

Systems capabilities "SShS-office":

A system "SShS-office" allows to solve a maximum of problems with the minimum costs as it integrates in itself the following functions the providing control and access control, video surveillance, protection of objects:

• Control and registration of pass of individuals in the permitted time for the territory of an object of protection according to the admission and a profile of time limit appropriated to the personal card (key).
• Comparison of a photo of the employee from the database on the screen of the monitor and the real image from the camera mounted in a pass zone.
• Registration in the system of the fact of pass for subject to control in combination with function of photography on an event.
• Support of function of change of the temporary profiles regulating the permitted pass time with the subsequent their mailing on control devices of security network.
• Ensuring "electronic blocking" the individual admission (key) in case of its loss by the owner.
• Management of work of a tourniquet and sluice chamber in the manual mode.
• Reversal of the direction of controlled pass through a tourniquet and the gateway.
• Registration of events of unauthorized access for the protected area.
• Display of a system status in real time on the display of the personal computer of a post of protection.
• Configuration change at the request of the Customer.
• Obtaining the sound message and information with indication of quantity, the name and room numbers in case of unauthorized access to premises, attempt of damage to machinery of protection, loss of tension in network, loss of communication with the premises.
• An opportunity to browse and print automatically kept protocols: input exit, statistics, alarm, watches, working time, etc.
• At the same time, in critical situations (fire) to open from the protection post computer all premises of a complex, except to what this action should not extend.
• Control of the actions made in a system by the duty operator.
• Implementation of monitoring of the protected zone (identification of moving objects) and hands-off processing of the video data received from video cameras (record on the hard drive, filtering of noises, etc.).
• Implementation of photography of employees and visitors with preserving of photos in electronic filing.

The security system "SShS-office" provides compliance to modern corporate standards and is intended for complex security of administrative objects at the modern level, solves problems of job management, labor discipline and protection of property.

Avtoskan-SShS-ofis

Avtoskan-SShS-ofis – the tool for Bureau of Admissions and Check-points.

The module is intended for automatic input from the scanner and the subsequent recognition of the Passport or the Car Driver license of the visitor with further automatic entering of data retrieveds in the database of a control system of access SShS-office.

Convenience in speed of system operation. The recognized data automatically are inserted into the corresponding fields of a card of the employee or client, all input of the document to pass in 3 cliques of a mouse.

When entering the new visitor the module Avtoskan-SShS-ofis which makes scanning and recognition of passport data, or data of the car driver license is automatically started.

The following data are recognized:

• FULL NAME.
• Passport data: a series, number by whom and when it is issued.
• Data of the car driver license: series and number.
• The photo of the person on the document and the photo of the document is output.

During creation of the module the SHS-Congnitive platform is used. The module of recognition of documents works together with the software "SShS-office" and the module SHS-Client.
