The management committee municipal property of the city of Magadan completed automation of accounting and management of land and property resources

On June 30, 2015 it became known of completion of works in the project of improvement of an accounting system and management of land and property resources of the city on the basis of the software package "SAUMI".

Project Tasks

For improvement of an accounting system, inventory of property and the land plots, creation of the effective mechanism of management of municipal property, in 2010 the Magadan City Council approved "The management concept by municipal property in the city of Magadan till 2020".

Fulfilling the requirements of the concept, the management committee carried out by municipal property of Magadan works on upgrade of a management system for municipal city property. The project is implemented on the basis of an automated system of accounting and management of the land and property relations of "SAUMI".

Yury Nikulin, the deputy manager of management committee municipal property of the city of Magadan, told: "Automation of process of accounting and the analysis of objects of municipal property, work in the single database and optimization of information exchange between divisions considerably increases efficiency of use of municipal city property of Magadan. Advantage of this system not only in saving of time and supplies, but the main thing, that new, more accurate organization of processes of management of objects of municipal property of our city is created increases non-tax revenues of the budget".

Project Results

Pavel Burykin, the head of the production center "SAUMI" of BFT company, noted: "For creation of a uniform information resource we transferred to SAUMI base data on objects of municipal city property of Magadan from 10 different databases which were used earlier by divisions of Committee. Works on process improvement of monitoring of the real estate which is available in municipal property for its high-quality accounting were carried out. As our practice shows, such approach allows to increase considerably the volume of non-tax receipts from property in budgets. At the same time operational collecting of the reporting from the subordinated organizations is reached for the transfer account of data electronically".
