"Mechanic" implemented technology of control automation by a warehouse and logistics

On July 2, 2015 the AXELOT company announced implementation in a warehouse of retail chain stores of Mechanic of the software product of management of a warehouse and logistics of "1C: WMS"^[1].

Project Tasks

The company of Mechanic started a warehouse in Vladivostok. Among priorities debugging of accounting procedures and identification of goods, operations on shipment appeared. The company management made the decision to implement the 1C: WMS system. As the contractor of an implementation project invited AXELOT company.

Project Progress

Specialists of AXELOT:

• prepared conceptual design of the project,
• created the system model,
• trained personnel of a warehouse,
• executed acceptance system testing.

The help in preparation of nomenclature base is rendered to the company of Mechanic, inventory and start of a system as regards goods – to bearings is carried out. by "1C: WMS" it is integrated with a corporate information system.

In a work progress transactions are automated:

• acceptance,
• markings,
• placements of goods through transit zones,
• selection of goods,
• goods control,
• packaging and shipment of goods.

Project Results

The 1C: WMS system implemented in a new warehouse of retail chain stores of Mechanic already at early operational stages helped to reduce dependence on personnel and to accelerate selection processes of goods.
