Striktum implemented a management system for budgeting

On July 2, 2015 it became known - in the company "Striktum" the implementation project CPM- the systems Prestima^[1] is complete^[1].

Project Tasks

To Prestima system implementation all work on budgets and payments was conducted in paper form, for planning usual tables of Excel were used. It did not cause basic difficulties, but the company management understood that in process of development of the enterprise there can be problems and it is necessary to build business processes. Made the decision to implement a specialized budgeting system and managements of finance.

The company selected a product Prestima. A system was preferred because of convenience of the interface, existence of development tools and a possibility of development by forces of IT specialists of the company. Importance was represented by the platform and integration with ECM- a system Directum in which the staff of the company works.

Project Progress

The project began in April, 2015 and proceeded two months. Implementation was carried out jointly with specialists of the company Bot Service. Using the basic modules Prestima "Byudzhetirovaniye", "Upravleniye finansami" and "Raschety po dogovoram" business processes are automated:

• planning of budgets (income and expense budget and BDDS);

• approval of agreements and requests for payment taking into account limits of BDDS;

• formation of the payment schedule;

• payment of the approved requests;

• collection of information about execution of budgets;

• plan-fact analysis and formation of the management reporting.

Within the project integration with 1C is carried out:

• synchronization of the normative reference information is configured (partners, bank accounts and other analysts of accounting)
• transfer of payment orders from Prestima in 1C is adjusted. On the basis of a complex of the solutions Prestima+DIRECTUM standard routes under approval of agreements and requests for payment are configured.

Pavel Yakovlev, the CEO of Striktum LLC, told: "Our company actively grows and in the next years will only extend. Therefore to us strict control of carrying out payments and execution of budgets is very important. In other words, it is necessary that employees learned to plan, to count money and to bear responsibility for it. The Prestima tools allow us to exercise this control and to build the uniform debugged mechanism of management of finance".

Project Results

For July 2, 2015 in a system the staff of finance division and more than 30 specialists of the centers of the financial responsibility (CFR) who are responsible for sending for approval of agreements, requests for payment works. Since 3rd quarter 2015, the company intends to connect the CFD to planning process of budgets.
