• The solution prednazancheno for process automation:

1. registration and executions of incoming documents, approvals and registration of outgoing documents and also approvals and executions of memos. Reports on duration of approval and execution of documents which allowed to find optimal routes of processes of document flow were developed, to reveal bottlenecks and to make the relevant management decisions; 2. organizational and administrative document flow: orders, orders, protocols, job descriptions, regulations, instructions, provisions, powers of attorney, technical specifications; 3. approval and control of performance of agreements, processing of financial requests for payment with passing of budget control, the reporting. Integration about 1C: Enterprise 7.7 using own developments. The solution is deployed on the server complex including NLB a cluster of the Docsvision application server. The clustering of the database server is in the long term planned.
