Characteristic of the solution

The solution is intended for automation:

• main office-work: registration, processing and storage of the entering and outgoing documents; - managements of contractual process;
• personnel office-work: registration and registration of orders on acceptance, dismissal of workers, about providing holidays, authority punishments (encouragement) and dr;
• managements of internal administrative documentation;
• process of approval of AFE (ATHOURIZATION FOR EXPENDITURES is the document in which the cost estimate and the payment schedule on the project for further approval at the management is formed). Integration of Docsvision with systems is supposed: 1C: Enterprise using the gateway Docsvision and Microsoft Project Server 2003.

Number of users: 201 persons. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
