The automated workplace for employees of SATURDAY of JSC UBRIR

The "Information Technologies and Services" company developed the automated workplace for security service specialists of JSC Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development

In June, 2014 the "Information Technologies and Services" company by request of JSC Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development developed the automated workplace (AW) for security service specialists (SATURDAY) of bank who are responsible for consideration of requests for crediting of the organizations of small and medium business.

The developed software allows to distribute the arriving requests between the staff of SB of bank, to quickly control process of consideration of requests and to keep time management, SB spent by specialists on accomplishment of these tasks.

The automated workplace provides formation of reporting documents which SB transfers to other divisions of bank for making decision on issuance of credits.

The automated workplace is developed using the instrumental SAP NetWeaver ABAP AS platform. The functionality of work flows of SAP Workflow, standard for this platform, allowed to create the solution for effective implementation of the regulated processes. Integration of a workplace into the module of personnel management gives the chance of objective assessment of loading and management of employees.

As a result of implementation JSC Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development received the effective tool providing:

• Load distribution between specialists of SB which are responsible for consideration of requests for crediting.
• Ranging of the arriving requests on a priority.
• Control of efficiency and quality of decision making.
