The Russian maritime register of shipping uses services of telephony from a TTK

On July 6, 2015 the TransTeleCom company announced communication provision of services to the Murmansk branch of the Russian maritime register of shipping (RS)^[1].

Within the agreement the macroregional branch "Severo-Zapad" TransTeleCom companies provided to the customer services of intercity and international telephone communication.

"The Russian maritime register of shipping is faced by the serious problems connected with navigation security. Reliable telephone communication will allow to perform quickly the control measures which are under authority of the organization and also to solve a set of administrative tasks", – Kirill Markov, the associate director of macroregional branch "Severo-Zapad" of TransTeleCom company noted.

"Need of permanent interaction with sea administrations, the port authorities, work with technical documentation on vessels and ship mechanisms, increase in standards of transportation of goods on maritime and internal waterways requires extreme responsibility. Workers of the register continuously are in touch with representative offices of RS and the partner organizations. Having selected a TTK as a telephony service provider, we had an opportunity to solve our working problems in the shortest possible time", – Vladimir Nikolaev, the director of the Murmansk branch of the Register told.
