The solution is intended for automation of office-work within tasks of office:

• the organization of jobs of the clerk and assistant administrator (registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence);
• the organization of jobs of the clerk and assistant administrator (registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence);
• organization of jobs of specialists in DO of Departments (partial decentralization of office work tasks);
• ensuring control of execution of instructions and resolutions of the head;
• providing with operational information about location and a status of the performed documents and instructions;
• formalization of processing procedures of internal documents (memos, orders, minutes of meetings).

And also for process automation:

• contract management (development, approval, execution control);
• management of requests for expenses (approval of the request, classification by the budget, the actual execution, control of execution of requests by agreements, by budget items);
• preparation of documentation for Board of Directors and board;
• training of the employee for a business trip;
• internal technical support (processing of requests in department of IT). The organization of remote work with the Moscow office, integration with 1C using the gateway of Docsvision-1C and also pozadachny transition of project management with Terrasoft (The Customer Relationship Management System with elements of process management) in Docsvision, with further use of Terrasoft for the intended purpose - accounting of contacts with potential clients is in the long term supposed.
