Saint-Gobain implements the system of legally significant turnover of documents

On July 7, 2015 the Terralink company announced the beginning of system implementation of electronic exchange of legally significant documents in the Russian division of Saint-Gobain company.

The geographical scope of the offer of construction materials of customer company is very broad that means correspondence, including "paper", with clients and suppliers in the territory of the Russian Federation. Understanding need of improvement of technologies, the company watched progress in the field of exchange of legally significant documents, and then and solutions.

The main selection criteria of technologies were need of fine interaction of solutions from the operating corporate SAP ERP and also the proved possibility of correct embedding in the software environment of SAP servicing in total eight countries.

Market research brought Saint-Gobain into TerraLink company. As a basis for the solution of assigned tasks selected the product TerraLink xDE as a part of which the functions necessary for intercorporate exchange of documents with partners in the interface of the accounting system SAP ERP work. TerraLink xDE supports the program interface of services of nine operators of e-document flow in uniform installation of a product.

The order for development, implementation and maintenance of a system was received by TerraLink company.

The final decision for benefit of a shrink-wrapped software product of TerraLink xDE, its implementation and adaptation in the SAP ERP system, Saint-Gobain took over after demonstration system operation in the operational mode in the Russian brewery.
