"Gazprom sera" implemented the system of an information access on the basis of bioauthentication

On July 7, 2015 it became known of implementation in in the IT system Gazprom sera of products of access control of employees from Indeed ID company.

Project Tasks

The customer selected a system for project implementation from several producers, from the test mode. Requirements to the created system of the organization of a single system of authentication at access to information resources of the company - on the basis of a fingerprint. With accounting of permanent development of an information system of the company, the possibility of support of other technologies was considered.

In addition to quality of work and functionality of the software, full technical support was required. Solutions of Indeed ID were as a result selected.

Project Results

In terms of gaining access to applications and information systems, changes in work of employees did not happen. On each workplace the fingerprint readers Futronic are installed and instead of password entry it is necessary to put a finger to the reader.

In relation to execution of regulations and requirements of information security, everything became much simpler. Employees do not need to think out difficult passwords, to change them regularly, to remember - the input on the PC is limited and is allowed only for the users authorized for access to these resources.
