Electronic archive of documents - the specialized software solution for financial institutions.

On July 7, 2015 the ProgramBank company announced release on the market of tools for work with documents in electronic form, in the automated banking system.

During operating activities the bank daily executes a large number of financial transactions. The data and documents created during the different procedures are stored there, as a rule, where are created — in different banking systems which there can be several tens. The current legislation of the Russian Federation requires confirmation of each financial transaction.

For automation of these tasks the software solution "Electronic Archive of Documents" which is completely conforming to requirements of the instruction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2346-U is created.

"The electronic archive of documents" promotes execution of the business challenges connected with processes of electronic storage and document handling:

  • development of the unified technology of access to the documents forming in the core banking system;
  • expense optimization on preparation and document storage of bank (supplies for printing, warehouse, transport and a postage);
  • decrease in labor costs of employees of the bank on printout of documents of day;
  • reduction of risk of loss or distortion of documents in archive.

As a result of software implementation the bank has an opportunity:

  • create the storage unit (SU) in electronic form on the payment orders which came to the organization in electronic form.
  • block changes in documents core banking systems on which DEV are created.
  • calculate values a hash functions on EH.
  • print labels for storage of EH.
  • print inventories of EH.
  • print certificates of quantity and total sums of DEV.
  • archive documents in EH.
