Replication of SAP HCM in the companies of a sortvy division of NLMK

In January, 2012 specialists of "Information Technologies and Services" company completed the project on replication of a personnel management system at the enterprises of the High-quality division of NLMK Group on the HCM SAP ERP platform.

Personnel management system implementation on the HCM SAP ERP platform in the High-quality division of NLMK Group began in 2009. As the pilot platform for system deployment JSC Nizhneserginsky Hardware Steel Works was selected. Works were carried out by "Information Technologies and Services" company with involvement of IT specialists of the Customer. In the project progress problems of maintaining an organization structure of the enterprise, personal data processing, a time recording, payroll, formation of the unified and internal reporting were consistently solved.

Since April, 2011, in strict accordance with the plan of implementation, a system was in full put into productive operation. According to the results of a successful pilot project the management of NLMK Group made the decision on replication of a personnel management system on other enterprises of the High-quality division of NLMK Group: Intekhremont Plant LLC, Kaluga Research and Production Electric Steelworks Ltd, Ural Plant of Precision Alloys LLC.

Works on replication were performed in 6 months and are complete in January, 2012. Transition to a single system of personnel management allowed the enterprises of the High-quality division to unify business processes, normative handbook data, algorithms of payroll and to reduce terms of formation of the corporate reporting on compensation. As a result of replication the corporate prototype of a personnel management system of NLMK Group on the HCM SAP ERP platform was created.
