Purposes of creation of a system

• Increase in efficiency of automation of activity of Roskomnadzor at the expense of the organization of the regional distributed network infrastructure and implementation of a modern complex of software and hardware tools.

• Ensuring the round-the-clock, continuous and reliable information exchange for work of department in general and information exchange between territorial authorities of Roskomnadzor and the Data processing center in particular.

• Formation of the unified information and communication environment representing the full-function tool for the solution of a broad spectrum of the tasks facing Roskomnadzor.

• Providing (execution) public services (functions) of Roskomnadzor in electronic form.

• The automated formation of legally significant documents (licenses, permissions, certificates, acts, etc.).

• Automation of process of execution of the state functions assigned to Roskomnadzor.

• Ensuring information exchange of work of department in general and information exchange between territorial authorities of Roskomnadzor and the Data processing center.
