Project Progress

During the project processes of regular planning and control of course of execution of projects and portfolios, including monitoring of execution of instructions, the organization and holding meetings, ensuring effective interaction between participants, measure definition of projects and reporting were adjusted.

Result

According to the results of the first months of work the following key results are already mentioned:

• control of the regional program "Preparation and carrying out in 2018 is exercised. FIFA World Cup"
• the quantity of the instructions traced in the automated control system for projects reached 860
• work more, than is carried out with 120 projects
• reporting about course of execution of state programs, project portfolios, projects is adjusted, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
