"ISR Trans" implemented the ERP system

On July 9, 2015 the herd is known of an implementation project of ERP in an IT environment of the Trance company ISR. Works in the project were performed by Leicester IT company. At the heart of a technology platform of software "the Information calculating System of Transportations"^[1].

Project Progress

At the beginning of the Leicester IT project created the generalized list of the formalized criteria in lease agreements of the Russian operators. "ISR Trans" carried out inventory of current agreements regarding compliance to this list and developed the corporate standard of conducting contract work. This standard allowed to increase business performance and excluded criteria which accomplishment it is impossible to support by the documents unambiguously.

Combination of data on technical condition and dislocation of cars with the conditions of agreements formalized and entered into a system gave chance "ISR Trans" to automatically create reliable base for calculation of cost of lease.

"Missing information on dislocation and technical condition through a prism of contractual conditions, we with the minimum participation of the person obtain the objective information about the car. An opportunity to consider lease cost in the automatic mode using preset tunings on the basis of the primary documents and criteria entered to agreements significantly saves time — Roman Kurdyumov, the board member "ISR Trans" told. - Now we in management have about 4500-5000 leased cars. Now on each of them detailed accounting of income and expenses by the specific agreement is carried out. Also IRS "Transportations" provides many other data. Forwarding, operating, management of the park — all under control. For example, as for repairs, for us it is important to consider the compensated services in service of the car up to formation of the act of the performed works".

Project Results

In a system the innovation algorithm of combination of data on technical condition and dislocation of cars with conditions of lease agreements which reduces the volume of errors when calculating cost and to increase labor productivity is implemented. A system helps to keep account of the profitable and account services of lease connected with the rented cars of repairs and a rate on podsyl.

As a result of implementation "ISR Trans" received transparent settlement according to lease agreements with partners and access to extensive car analytics. A system is universal for the Russian operators of cars.

Lease agreements of the rolling stock contain a huge number of conditions among which criteria of the beginning, the termination, interruption and recovery of charge of the rent, the instruction who will pay for repair of the leased car, conditions of formation of carrying payments for podsyl the car to the place of the beginning of lease or repair and many others. It complicates both calculation of rates, and control of correctness of these calculations.
