In October, 2017 JSC JSB Centrocredit, Moscow, brought two blocks of a technology platform of JSC CMD-Soft into commercial operation: on rendering broker and depository services to clients, and internal accounting of transactions in financial markets.
Requirements on interaction and document flow with clients, are provided to internal accounting of the performed operations with the implemented program blocks.
Within the project the technology and methodology of data processing were radically rebuilt that allowed to accelerate loading process of information from stock exchanges which considerable part is fixed in the system of Bank almost online now (for example, the program allows to process 100,000 transactions upon commission in the different markets of Group the Moscow Exchange). A system allowed Bank to configure process of electronic document management with clients via secure channels of communication that allows Clients to carry out the remote analysis of a status and dynamics of the portfolios.

On July 14, 2015 the CMD-Soft company announced implementation in IT infrastructure of JSC JSB Centrocredit of the solution "CMD-Soft: A personal account of the investor" for remote control, the analysis and condition monitoring of the account and transactions.
A system implements the legally significant protected electronic document management between the investor and divisions of Bank. The client of Bank has an opportunity to carry out the remote analysis of a status and dynamics of a portfolio and also monitoring of important events and transactions, notifications on which for the investor form a system automatically.
Representation of Personal account, 2014
"The personal account of the investor" represents the information and analytical portal with the built-in document flow for maintenance of broker and depository service. The investor can independently create instructions, request statements and reports. The client of Bank has an opportunity to keep track of results of transactions, the statuses of instructions in the Personal account and also to obtain information on cash flow and securities. For convenience of clients a system includes service for signing of documents in "one cliques" that is convenient in work of the active investors creating hundreds of requests a day.
The portal contains three primary partitions: Information on a portfolio, Broker service and Depositary. In the first section information on the investor's portfolio, his loudspeaker and structure on asset types is reflected: stock market, forward market and foreign exchange market.
The section "Broker service" contains information on transactions, the movement of securities and money. Reports which the broker provides according to the results of perfect transactions are available to the investor. Function of electronic document management gives to the client an opportunity to ergonomically fill instructions, for example, for funds withdrawal. All service information is tightened from reference books, the user needs to fill the amount and to select payment parts.
"At the moment the most demanded service provided by CentroCredit Bank is a direct access on foreign exchange market of the Moscow Exchange both for physical, and for legal entities. The bank gives an opportunity to trade in the most liquid currency pairs EUR/RUB, USD/RUB, using trade online terminals, being in any part of the world. Using the Personal account, the investor can quickly bring the foreign currency purchased at the exchange to the bank card or order cash in any of twenty operational cash desks of Bank", - Andrey Zagorodny, the deputy head of treasury of JSC JSB Centrocredit noted.
In the section Depositary using function of electronic document management the investor can give all range of orders of depot. The considerable part of information in the completed documents is entered automatically. For convenience of the user the full compliance of accounts and sections is provided in a system that significantly simplifies process of filling of documents. For example, the investor for securities transfer to depositary of Bank fills order for transfer of securities. Filling of the most part of fields of a form happens due to automation - the user needs to select the security from the list and to specify its quantity.
From Bank the solution allows to design business rules of processing of each created formalized document. The employee of the bank with a role of the system administrator builds the production line for each document: the route, an order of approval and a statement, a possibility of a deviation from a route, places signal points for the notification by e-mail or the SMS and also changes of the status of the document.
"At the first stages of the project for us very important was to provide solving of tasks on workflow automation with clients. Providing investment services generates a significant amount of the documents requiring an original signature of the client. Application of the electronic signature and electronic document management qualitatively changes a situation and does it to much more comfortable for clients. The implemented project, together with colleagues from CMD-Soft, is focused on quality improvement of the services provided to investment clients of Bank with an essential stock on the future", - Andrey Zagorodny told.
The solution is integrated in operating activities of divisions of Bank. Employees of the bank develop about 50 document templates with the registered processing routes. Use of a system of 1 thousand clients of bank is planned.
