Biography

He graduated St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after Prof. M. A. Bonch-Bruevich with a degree in "Networks, communications Switching Systems and Computer Engineering, ON Computer Engineering." He is the chairman of the committee to import substitution on and innovations in the field IT St. Petersburg in the regional branch of the all-Russian public organization "Delovaya," Russia participates in the formation of recommendations for legislative initiatives.

He worked as the Director of Development of IT Products and ERP systems/partner of the IT company Mindcore (2015-2018), which joined WONE IT in 2018, as well as the leading sales manager of IT products and CRM at Storverk (2014-2015).

Ilya Karjakin, who previously served as director of technological innovation and product development, has been appointed executive director of WONE IT. Pavel Chuzhmarov, who headed the company since November 2022, was appointed Deputy General Director for Strategic Development. The company announced this on March 4, 2024.

Ilya Karjakin − one of the oldest employees of Wone IT. His experience in the operational and strategic management of the IT-Business is more than ten years. Ilya joined the system integrator team in October 2018 as the head of the department of corporate applications and business analytics and in two years increased the department's turnover by almost 10 times. During its management, about 200 projects of various scales and degrees of complexity were implemented. Since June 2022, he has been responsible for analyzing technological trends, assessing their prospects, developing and withdrawing new products. Under his leadership, the Wone IT portfolio of solutions was enriched with its own developments for the HoReCa sphere: the Wroomee self-registration solution, as well as the automatic document recognition service.

Over the years, Ilya has established himself as an experienced manager in both the project and product areas, he knows how to use new technological capabilities, knows how to properly build processes and organizational structures in order to provide impeccable service for customers and comfort for employees.
