Automated information system of the AIS "EDDS 51" in Murmansk

Specialists of the group "IT Polyus" develop automated information system of the AIS "EDDS 51" for process of acceptance, processing and accounting of requests from the population at abnormal and emergencies. The solution is developed on the WEB PLATFORM about application of one of the most modern means DBMS ORACLE according to requirements of technical specifications.

Users of a system are managers MMBU "EDDS" and management companies of the city of Murmansk.

Situation

Prior to the beginning of the project in company MMBU "EDDS" outdated automated information system which had a number of essential shortcomings was used:

• Did not allow to work in a foreground mode;
• Was not the WEB PLATFORM;
• Had dependence on outdate to operating systems;
• There were no source codes of the compiled modules, as a result not a system had no further development.

Project Steps

During system implementation specialists "IT Polyusa" completed such important phases of works as:

• Inspection of business processes of operating activities of the enterprise;
• Development of technical specifications on creation of the AIS "EDDS 51";
• Development and deployment of automated information system of the AIS "EDDS 51";
• The specialized training course is developed and professional training to functionality of the new program of the AIS "EDDS 51" more than 25 employees of the customer in specialized training center is provided.
• Input of the AIS "EDDS 51" in commercial operation.

Project Results

During the project the AIS "EDDS 51" allowing to solve fully problems was developed and implemented:

• Input in the system of requests from the population and the organizations about any emergencies bearing information on threat or the fact of emergence of emergency including in the field of housing and public utilities;
• Accounting of shutdowns in networks of life of providing housing and public utilities and objects of economy;
• Control of execution of requests;
• Collecting from DDS, control services and observation of the environment (monitoring systems) and distribution between DDS of the city of the acquired information about threat or the fact of emergence of emergency, the developed situation and actions of forces and means on emergency liquidation;
• Processing and data analysis about emergency, determination of its scale and refining of structure of DDS attracted to response to emergency;
• Formation of summary and analytical reports about a status of objects of housing and public utilities on the basis of the parameters determined by the user;
• Providing remote access in the AIS "EDDS51" to the organizations contractors servicing housing and public utilities for working off of requests.

Specialists of MMBU "EDDS" give appreciation of visualization and ergonomics of the interface. Functions of multidimensional analytical information processing include report generation - shutdowns of apartment houses, data on the houses which are disconnected in connection with accident, data on accidents of heating systems, planned shutdowns by types of resource provisioning and many others. The modern platform allows to perform in the shortest possible time formation of any analytical materials in dynamics on the basis of information which is stored in the database using means of business graphics.

One of advantages of the solution is its independence of the version of the system software - for its use to start any WEB BROWSER enough.

Now automated information system of the AIS "EDDS 51" is put in commercial operation and is on the subscriber maintenance "IT Polyusa".
