Stabcom (1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS)

Project Tasks:

• Operational management and accounting of transport of the enterprise;
• Integration with the accounting system 1C: Accounting;
• Reports on fuel consumption for cost reduction on costs for fuel and lubricants;
• Expense reduction on TO and auto parts.

Project Steps:

• Installation of autotrackers and fuel level sensors on 20 cars of the enterprise;
• Setup, installation and user training software package "1C: Motor Vehicle Management Prof" and 21C: Center of satellite monitoring GLONAS/GPS";
• Report settings on fuel, the movement and parking.

Project Results:

• As a result of sharing of the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management Prof and 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS software products the management of Stabk can compare normative data on development of drivers of the CU with actual, reveal mismatch in the shortest possible time. There was an opportunity to warn and announce abuses of regulations of operation of the equipment, stay in not put zone of the airport, inappropriate use of transport. Due to careful operation of the equipment the interrepair time of operation of the equipment increased and the period of write-off of spare parts was reduced.
