At the end of June, 2015 the Simformer company provided for bank a series of trainings based on Virtonomics business simulation. Within two days, on June 25 and 26, two groups of top managers in individual and team games solved in virtual environment problems of business development and survivals of the company in the conditions of fierce competition. Assessment of leadership skills of a command of bank, development of not sample solutions which will help with work of UniCredit in competitive environment, development of skills of team work, resistance to stress, strategic thinking became a project objective.
According to Andrey Fedorov, the head of educational programs of Simformer, the company provided all methodological and engineering development, support and carrying out business simulation based on the training platform.
