Wikimart (Vikimart) (ITAN: Management Balance)

The ITAN company completed the project of "Automation of treasury and transfer of accounting to uniform base". At the heart of an accounting system the 1C: Integrated Automation configuration, with the subsystem implemented in it "ITAN: Management Balance PROF" is delivered.

The project was broken into stages:

1. Consolidation 4 of bases "1C: Accounting" in one "1C: Integrated Automation". 2. Consolidation 4 of bases "1C: Payroll and HR Management" in one "1C: Integrated Automation". 3. Automation of operational management of money, budget control and treasury on "ITAN: Management Balance".

The following tasks are as a result solved:

• Budgeting of money and formation of BDDS.
• Creation of an end-to-end system of management of current liquidity of the enterprise.
• Automatic creation of the payment schedule on the basis of documents of charges (considering terms of payments, contractual conditions and a status of settlement).
• Automatic control of requests for compliance to limits of the budget.
• Formation of requests on the centers of the order (CO), with reference of expenses on the budget on the center of responsibility (CR) (for example, the department of IT (TsR) buys computers for accounting (TsO)).
• The automatic analysis of overdue payments, with a possibility of notifications of initiators.
• Introduction of manual and periodic payment schedules both on arrival and on an expense of DS.
• Autoformation of payments on the basis of any primary documents (for example, on the invoice for payment the planned payment about payment is registered).
• The operational plan-fact payment schedule, with a possibility of any interpretations.

A system is brought into operation since March, 2015.
