Prasolov Vladimir Alexandrovich - head of the administration of the city of Taganrog.

Biography

Vladimir was born on September 4, 1953 in Taganrog.

In 1975 he graduated from the Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute.

From 1974 to 1979 he worked as secretary of the Komsomol faculty of the institute, instructor of the Taganrog city committee of the Komsomol, second secretary of the Lenin district committee of the Komsomol.

In 1980 he graduated from the Higher Courses of the KGB of the USSR.

From 1979 to 1997 he served in the KGB, retired as a lieutenant colonel.

From 1997 to 2003 he worked in the Federal Tax Police Service.

From 2003 to 2007 he worked as deputy head of the Taganrog administration for economics, first deputy head of the Taganrog administration.

From 2007 to 2009, he worked as Director for Social Affairs of TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik OJSC.

In 2009 he graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

He worked as deputy general director of Priazovye.

On March 4, 2012, he was elected mayor of Taganrog.

On July 20, 2015, Vladimir Alexandrovich Prasolov worked as the head of the administration of the city of Taganrog.

December 24, 2015 removed from office in connection with the investigation in a criminal case.

On July 7, 2016, by a decision of the Taganrog City Court, Vladimir Prasolov was sentenced to 1 year in prison in a penal colony.
